COMMUNITY SUPPORT & EXTERNAL RESOURCES
At our church, we believe no one should walk through hardship alone. Beyond prayer, encouragement, and spiritual care, we also want to connect individuals and families with practical support available in our surrounding counties.
Our External Resources List provides trusted community partners who offer help with:
- Housing assistance & emergency shelter
- Food banks and community pantries
- Clothing closets & hygiene supplies
- Diapers, baby items, and family essentials
- Local crisis support and referral services
These organizations serve residents in Gwinnett, Walton, and DeKalb counties, and each one is included because they provide reliable, compassionate assistance to those in need.
